Shawn Levy is a Canadian-American director and producer best known for blending big laughs with genuine heart. Before landing in the Marvel universe, he built his reputation with crowd-pleasers like the Night at the Museum franchise, Free Guy, and The Adam Project — both of which also starred Ryan Reynolds, making their collaboration on Deadpool & Wolverine a natural fit.

Levy’s strength lies in knowing how to handle chaos without losing the emotional core — exactly what a film about two dysfunctional antiheroes saving the multiverse needed.
